CPA offer consultancy design services and specialist advice in the field of Historic Environment Conservation.
The practice is managed by Christopher Pike, who holds a Masters Degree in Historic Environment Conservation and who is also a Conservation Accredited Engineer appointed onto the CARE scheme register administered jointly by the professional Institutions of Civil Engineers and Structural Engineers.
CARE has been established to:

- Encourage education and training in conservation engineering
- Promote sympathetic and best practice conservation
- Raise the awareness of conservation in the engineering profession
